Employment Opportunities

Physical Therapist Assistant

- under direct supervision of a Physical Therapist, the assistant will work in an outpatient orthopaedic setting, and will be responsible for treatment of various orthopaedic injuries including pre and post-surgical conditions.  He or she will work closely with Orthopaedic Surgeons, Physical Therapists, Athletic Trainers, and other staff to provide injury management, rehabilitation, and successful return to function for patients.

LPN Care Coordinator

- provide coordination of care services, under the direction of the physician and/or clinical supervisor, to high risk patients who present for orthopedic procedures/care.  High risk patients are identified to include pts 65 yrs and over as well as those without a home based support system and have barriers to care. Purpose of care coordination is to improve functional outcomes in accordance with evidence based guidelines, thereby reducing the complications associated with orthopedic surgery.

RN Care Coordinator

- the Registered Nurse Care Coordinator is a leadership role within an interdisciplinary team that influences and achieves optimal clinical and resource outcomes for high risk patients who present for orthopedic procedures/care. High risk patients are identified to include pts 65 yrs and over as well as those without a home based support system and have barriers to care. Purpose of care coordination is to improve functional outcomes in accordance with evidence based guidelines, thereby reducing the complications associated with orthopedic surgery.

Medical Assistant

- the Medical Assistant assists providers and office staff by performing a variety of administrative and clinical duties to ensure continuity of patient service and work flow within the office.
