The Erie County Medical Center held its Springfest Gala on Saturday, May 12, 2012 at the Buffalo Niagara Convention Center.
UBOSM physician Philip M. Stegemann, M.D. was awarded the Distinguished Physician Honoree. Dr. Stegemann is the Chief of Orthopaedics at the Erie County Medical Center, and specializes in Shoulder Surgery.
