UBMD Ortho’s Dr. Robert Ablove and Dr. Thomas Duquin were accepted into the American Shoulder and Elbow Surgeons (ASES) Society
Dr. Ablove specializes in hand & upper extremity surgery and sees patients in Amherst, Orchard Park and Buffalo. Dr. Duquin specializes in elbow & shoulder surgery, and general orthopaedics, and sees patients in Buffalo.
The American Shoulder and Elbow Surgeons Society is made up of the leading national and international orthopaedic surgeons who specialize in surgery of the shoulder and elbow. The ASES Annual Meetings serve as a forum where those involved in this field of medicine can meet and discuss new materials, and present scientific material.
The membership is invitation only, as only highly experienced orthopaedic surgeons and researchers are considered for membership. Proposed members must meet strict academic and clinical requirements to become members of the society.
